Very long wait not enough help there. Called back on Friday the 13th to see who could answer in the service department a repair question that they said it needed called three times could not get anyone to answer got a lady to answer do not know her name she hung up on me after 10 minutes so I called back again the girl that answered the phones put me on hold for another 10 minutes horrible service over there!!

Only issue I have, it took 2 loooonnnggg hours for a simple 5000 mile service to top off fluids and rotate tires, also which does not include oil change.

Unfortunately, Jeremy was off, he did not alert anyone that I was coming back. Olive looked at yesterday's paperwork and did not give me new paperwork. After waiting for awhile I went to her and asked about time and price. She said $199 more. I told her the paperwork said 140.88 upon installation. She said they would honor that but the poor recognition would lose money. Do all techs independent not salaried? I was really taken aback to be accused of taking someone's pay. I spent 3 days getting my gas cover to open but the last day was very long and unpleasant.

The text did not open. I never received a phone call after no response. Then when I was told the other repairs needed it was too late to do that day. We could not leave it. We have limited data off to bring the car. I miss the old service we use to get. We will no longer be a customer there. After many years.
