the door can’t be closed electronically sometimes, but the service manager said it wasn’t happening now, so can’t fix it. They just said there is no error code in the computer so everything is good. But I indeed experienced several times cant close the door, they didn’t help me to solve any problems.

Bert has been assisting me with my car needs for several years. He’s professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. He keeps me informed when my car will be ready which I really appreciate. P.S. it’s great that you provide Lyft rides now for pick ups to and from the dealership. I really appreciate that service.
