The specific servicing of my vehicle was fine. My only disappointment was that it took quite a while waiting on my car to be driven to me for puck-up, once I paid my bill. While I was waiting g several minutes, at least 3 other customers who settled their bills before me, were still waiting on their cars also. More car delivery "runners" are needed.
After being recommended to include a tire rotation with my oil change service, 3.5 hours later, I was contacted to pick up my service completed vehicle only to find out my paid for recommended tire rotation did not happen. How does a Toyota mechanic type in a tire rotation on my ticket along with other statistics without ever even doing the service? How do I continue to have trust in Claremont Toyota after that ? Or even recommend to others a trustworthy experience… I will say a gentleman whom I reported this lack to immediately had it corrected, for that I am grateful.
The reason that Claremont Toyota has my business is Scott Zalibra. He has great customer service that always makes sure that I get treated very well. He treats me like family and honest and trustworthy. I had bad experience but he took care of it and I know I am well in his hands. I pay dealership prices because of his customer service

Michael did all he could and deserves praise however, the service management would not authorize a warranty repair to the instrument panel glass. Two running cracks have developed from behind the molding and are clearly manufacturer defects they should be covered under warranty without hesitation for a 6 month old $60,000 vehicle. I'm very disappointed in they're handling of my issue. Mic6is continuing to go up the ladder to get my issue fixed.

Not sure what’s done on the 5k maintenance but had they checked my tires they would have noticed 3 of my tires were low. The low pressure light came on a few days after my car was serviced. It’s a new car, I get that there was not much to do in terms of maintenance but still. I’m mostly annoyed that I wasted 2 hours of my day and nothing was really done to my car. So, I’m happy with the service writer, not so much with the tech.
Still doing what I mentioned was happening. While stopping on uneven surfaces there is a loud audible sound that seems to be coming from the under carriage on the right side, in the center. Sounds like a rubbing sort of sound. The other was that when I place vehicle in park or reverse sometimes the radio shuts off.
