I’ve been coming to this Toyota for 3 years now, and I’ve never had such good service as with Candace. I will start requesting her now when I make appointments. She is kind and responsive and kept me up to date about my car throughout the day.

I was satisfied with my service. The wait was a little longer than I had anticipated for having an appointment however I understand there were a lot of cars being serviced. Candace was great, very professional and informative and made my part effortless, all I had to do was wait. Thank you Candace…

It took 3 hours for a simple 25,000 mile service and then when I went to pay, I gave cashier my AAA card and she said I should have given it to the service provider. I waited 15 more minutes to get that issue settled because service provider was not available. Tony the service manager helped rewrite everything.I told him he needs a sign in drive up area about show AAA card on arrival.

I thought Phillip Tarin was a very professional knowledgeable and courteous service writer he actually explained in detail what they were going to do to my vehicle and was very patient in showing interest in my question! I think he should get compensated for his job or at least move him up a couple notches in your company I believe people like that are hard to find so yes I had a good experience with Philip and I'd love to work with him again thank you Frank A

1- Would be nice to have a shuttle back to the dealer ship when vehicle is complete ! 2 - Old management gave all returrned vehicles a quick wash. Nice lounge area w/ refreshments !
