Got flyer in mail made appointment only needed oil and filter changed it took just under 3 hours! Flyer also said complimentary wash yet your wash wasn't working. It was my first time at your place and my last. 3 hrs for oil and filter change with appointment you got to be kidding me. I had just got the Flyer the day before so why no wash?
He was great at communicating to me what was wrong with my car and what the steps were to fix it as well as sticking to the timeframes he had set for giving me phone calls
My appointment was at 9:30am. I pulled into the service line and waited 30 mins before a rep came to my car. I waited for my car in the lounge. At 12pm I asked how much longer it would take and I was told 20mins. At 12:45 I was finally brought to the cashiers. My car came out at 1pm. I did not receive a courtesy car wash. When I asked why, the guy said the car wash has been broken for the past six months. I waited 3 1/2 hours for my car and I didn’t even receive a car wash. I am very disappointed in the wait time for a simple oil change.

I really appreciated Oscar and how he offered me water after a 3 hour wait.
I came in for a DMV mandated recall I was not given the proper paperwork a pink or orange piece of paper so after going to register my vehicle I had to return to your place of business and get the proper paper to submit to DMV.
