The service was okay,but when I called to make the appointment your reservations said it would take an hour, your service representative said it would take 90 minutes in reality it took 2 1/2 hours. At the Nissan dealership where I used to service my other car they always washed the car before giving it back you guys didn't.
Came in for a regular free oilchange. Phillip was able to sell additional srvc, that l didn't need, l just had it done last at another dealer. So instead of $0 that day, $90 instead..

I do have a question. I could not find any where on the paperwork about the oil change. Last oil change was in January 2021! Also curious about type of oil, I am assuming that you are using synthetic oil,as that is what I have used in my Highlander since I purchased it! Please get back to me regarding this matter.
