Great customer relation with sales. I won’t be making any more appts. Because it takes much longer than me going in early in the morning being in the first 4 of the line .
Service was completed in a timely manner. I requested the running boards to be checked and Scott made a note and Tech preformed the Multipoint vehicle inspection.
The only thing I would like to complain is the timing of the oil change. I have gone 2 times to get my oil change there. Both times I scheduled as early as you offer, 7:30 and 8 am and both times I have waited roughly 3 hours. I saw people who showed up after me and left before me. I only wish it was quicker, especially if you make an appointment. Thank you.

I had a 2:15 appointment for an oil change. I arrived at 2:05. I was told it would take 1-2 hours when I made the appointment. My car was not ready for me until 4:30, making me 15 minutes late for my 4:45 appointment. This caused me a lot of stress.
I was not a walk-in. I had an appointment and arrived early.
Kevin is a great service write guy. but your mechanic was too reckless and blew my car tire. i had to wait three more hours to get my vehicle .

Michael is an asset to Claremont Toyota. He was attentive to my concerns with a new to me purchase of a used Corolla. He informed me with recalls which I wasn't aware of and took care of it same day. I'm sure it was a busy day but he was very patient with me on information for future maintenance. He left me with a good impression of this dealership which I had previouy given up on and have traveled to another Toyota dealership but with the outstanding customer service I received by Michael, I will return.
He was welcoming and attentive from start to finish. Answered all the questions I had with no hesitation!

Michael was very helpful through the entire process. With that said the rest of my experience was very frustrating to say the least. I made an appointment and arrived on time. I was then told that my 5000 miles check up would take 90mins, which was fine but seemed long for a technician to take a quick once over of the truck. I ended up being at the dealership for well over 3 hours and was told twice by the cashiers to come back because the paperwork wasn’t ready. This was after I got 2 texts and a phone calling letting me know my truck maintenance was complete. If this explanation of my experience is confusing that is because I was also extremely confused about what was going on today with regards to my truck maintenance. My experience today was below average and I hope to have a better one the next time I bring my truck in.
