Not satisfied at all I made an appointment for a simple oil change and it took well over 3hrs unacceptable. No complimentary car wash and the service tech did not remove old service tag on windshield.

Way too long to complete the service. I got there early and they took it right away but didn't complete it til noon.
Glad I had an appointment otherwise might have been there all afternoon.
Scott was very helpful in explaining for me the problem in my car and he kept me posted all the times so I didn’t even need to call and check on my vehicle status.

My only request is the Claremont Toyota expedites the service process. I think your dealership “over books” the service schedules, therefore too many cars are in service. It took over 3 hours to get in and out just for a routine oil change. That is too long. Please look into your scheduling situation. Thank you very much.
