Poor mechanical repair. Had to be brought in twice for a simple repair. Bolts not tightened.
This is the third service we’re it took at least 25-30 to collect my vehicle after the cashier… this time I mentioned something at the drop off, and nothing was noted done or changed… I can see my vehicle across the street, simply hand me the keys and I’m happy to be on my way. Please don’t keep me for 30min staring at my vehicle unable to leave

Technician forgot to reset my car maintenance reminder and I had to drive back to get it corrected. Also, the wait time to pick up my car was over 30 minutes after paying the cashier.

I took car in for 30,000 mile service and was promised a car wash and never recieved but then they offered to wash the car and fill up my gas tank so i accepted then ever since i left the car over night my right front tire has been decreasing so i come in today and the warrenty on my tires was over due yesturday. I might have to pay out of pocket and since today was the year i bought my vehicle i dont understand my its not covered
My car concern was not resolve. I waited for 5 hours and the customer relations of car valet person was very poor and upsetting. Will not come back for my car's service next time. Thinking of not purchasing my next car on your dealershio next time.
