I was happy relax trusting Toyota Claremont to do the job
Mr. Gonzales was great. There was no problem about my dropping in without an appointment, even though it was a busy day. We got our regular service promptly and Mr. Gonzales gave us good advice about the car’s tires. We were very satisfied with our service and will continue to bring both of our Cars to Claremont Toyota.

I jointed your " Vehicle Service Agreement" Platinum. Since 04/26/27.
The agreement describes " free oil change ", but the service department did not honor this agreement because you are dealship not Toyata company.
So they charged $90.80 for oil change.
I don't understand and confused.
My car still has the same brake issues, nothing was corrected

Made appointment that took 2hrs that was just a simple inspection check :fluids & tires surprised not to conclude at least with a car wash for the prolonged time..
