Took my Tacoma 2021 for service and they scratched the back fender and did not informed me when I came back to pick it up. When I got home I noticed the big yellow scratch and took it back. They called me the next day and asked me to take it back to repair the scratch. I wish they would have informed me of the incident instead of me finding out when I got home. I understand we are humans and accidents happen but at least be honest and tell me, not let me find out on my own. I trusted Claremont Toyota with my vehicle and the least I expected was honesty.

Didn’t get a readout with recommended services or letting me know current condition of my car like was done before, eg tire wear, brake status, etc

The service adviser was great. However, the people who performed the work, remove my carseat and move the seat, did not put them back. It not a big deal, but kinda just feel sloppy. And other dealership offer car wash for free. I spend over $500, did not get car wash. I will take it to puente hills next time.

3 hours for an oil change!! I thought that's why we make appointments to avoid wait times that extreme. I sat in the back and watched my car sit untouched in that parking lot for two hours. I don't think I can get myself to go back to you guys.

They charged me to rotate my tires and when they gave me my truck back I checked and I notice they hadn’t changed me tires so i went to customer service and told them what happened they gave me my money back but i was upset because it was a waste of my time. If I hadn’t check that would have been money that they stole for me and I wouldn’t have appreciated that. In the end they did change my tire but I would appreciate if next time that won’t happen.
