Scott informed me of a charge. I didn't question the charge till later. When he informed me that the the 2 year coverage had expired.. it would have been courteous if toyota would have informed me of this status . The charge of 90$ was excessive for the work done...there will not be a next time...yall snaked me this time...bad policy
