Your advisor Ozzie (Osvaldo G. ****) came out to inform me my car was ready, and I quote " he said as you probably well know that your car has a oil leak. I was in shock!! I told Ozzie I just got a new oil pan not to long ago...how can that be! Oil pans last up to 6 to 8 years. Or was this created by your oil technician. I would see and or have drops of oil at my assigned park space where I live and work. Something isn't adding up here. And if I did have oil leaking, I wouldn't have taken my vehicle to get the oil changed. When I returned home, after I ate dinner I was thinking OMG! I should check my oil...so after I wiped off the dip stick and inserted it back in and out, only to fine no oil on the dip stick? Whats really going on here? What happened? Did the oil tech only put half gallon of oil into my Car? IDK
Also, I notice that my oil maintenance wasn't reset. I always thought Toyota provides this service as well because I don't see it flashing on dashboard when I turn on ignition.
And the cashier...the young lady in the back could sure use some custom service skills. When I asked her to page Ozzie to see how much longer for oil change cause it had been 2hr-45min., she told me to walk back to his desk to see if he was ther." I said no..I'am a customer, can you call him please. She calls him and said, no answer....he may be at lunch. I asked her to page him then. After the page, Ozzie came . Unbelievable! :(
Does this sounds like she wanted to help me? With all these excuses.

I appreciate the quality job that was done for my vehicle, I just wish it didn’t take so long for it to get done.
Each time that I have had an oil change done I waited 2-2+ hours WITH an appointment, I’m not sure what can be done to change that, but it does make it difficult for schedule purposes.
I thank you again for the maintenance that was done for my car.

The job has not yet been completed, due to unfortunate set-backs. It’s clear my representative at Claremont Toyota, Candace Harrington, is doing a phenomenal job trying to provide excellent service.
They did a great job except that the service did not change my clock for daylight savings time like I asked for! Olive said that when car wash machine was fixed that she would text me to bring it back! My mph gauge in the middle isn’t set anymore!
As I waited for my vehicle, I saw the service tech or employee, speed off with my vehicle in an irresponsible way.
