Check in was great with Oscar! my only complaint is when getting my vehicle back after it was serviced it reaked of smoke ! Either the mechanic smokes and when driving vehicle left a very heavy smell or retrieving Tennant smokes and left heavy smell of smoke in vehicle! Was not happy about that and very disappointed.

I was appointment 7 am,getting line 6: 45 am got back 9:30 am my car.This shouldn't be took 2 and half hour to be done this job.

Oscar was very precise and efficient with having the car serviced. All my concerns were addressed dutifully and with care. Friendly and timely service is hard to come by even more so with efficiency. Oscar encompassed all these and I am highly satisfied with his help.
