The only thing was the wait, we were not aware the shuttle service was no longer available. We were starving but had to wait over 2 hours for our vehicle

It certainly was a job well done. I was in and out with excellent customer service. Javier was able to assist me in replacing a part and he made sure I was satisfied and left the location safely.
Had an appointment at 8:30am My car was not ready until 5:00pm The advisor said it would only take 3 hours

Candace and the mechanic who worked on my car did a good job minimizing my waiting time but the time they saved was squandered by the team outside in charge of dispatching vehicles to owners. After I handed the paperwork to the dispatcher, he guided me outside and told me to wait for my van. I was waiting outside for about fifteen minutes only to find out later that the key to my van was just left sitting on the podium because the dispatcher probably forgot to pass it on to his co worker.
scheduled appointment inline for oil change and recall, put a note saying to contact me if there’s no parts used for the recall. so i do not need to go there again just for a recall. after the r oils change is done, the staff told me there is no parts for the recall and explained to me it’s a special order.
i’m so disappointing on the service. i do not get the point of asking customer to leave a note but no one take it seriously.
