It was my first visit to the facility having just moved here. Scott went over and above excellent service. Although it was a lengthy day - NOT SCOTT'S FAULT - Scott kept me updated on the status of my car. Explained everything in detail so I could understand. EXCELLENT SERVICE. I would be please if Scott was my service representative.
