Phil from service was great. He was professional and did a well job updating me regarding my car from service. Everyone was nice as well.
Phil Tarin was great! Very helpful and explained the services performed on my vehicle but the wait was frustrating once you drive up to the garage. Waited over 25 minutes and there was only one car in front of me. Several people just standing around. Ontario dealership appears to be more organized.
I felt like service agent was trying to get money out of me. I came for a simple oil change left with a 250$ bill. I recieved 3 different calls stating some was wrong. Dropped my car of at 10a got it hack at 430p. Me and my family have purchased many cars from this dealership, I'm very disappointed with this service

The time it took for an oil change was more than 2 hours. It wasn't even that busy. If it's going to he that long, they should give a warning.

My experience was extremely satisfied. Including every detail, from the service person to the person who greet you and take your vehicle to have it service and after when you pick up your vehicle the person who greets you and tell about the courtesy drinks that you while I wait.
