Oscar has always been a pleasure to help me with my car. When he tells me something it happens. I’ve never had to wait long for the work to be done. When he tells me 2 hrs, I get it back within an hr and a half. Great job Oscar!

Young man who brought out my vehicle smelled like marijuana, had his mask half way down and was on his cell phone making personal call. Besides that, everyone else was awesome! Javier was very attentive and courteous.

Waited 4 hours because the specialist called the wrong number when my car was ready. Then to top it off I waited another 30 minutes for my car to be brought from the lot .

Had to pay $140 for diag of my sonic sensors which they found that there was communication problem with the computer. I was told that it would be over $800 to trace the problem. That price is totally unacceptable. I have been a Claremont Toyota patron for over 15 years and never was I ever disappointed until now. I did not get the job done because that price was not acceptable.
