Candace provided the best customer service i could ask for from beginning to end, and made the insurance part of the service a breeze to work through. She is quick and knows how to problem solve while staying calm and friendly.
When I was bringing my vehicle in for a recall fix the check engine light came on. Your price of $140 to read a code was outrageous so I took it to a local auto parts store and they did it for free.
I would like for Miss Candace Hatrrington to help me always when I visit Claremont Toyota. She is a very nice and kind plus very helpful young lady. Give her an extra bonus. I wish I did not have to wait to long for the service.

Tony Sanchez is my advisor, he asked me if I did brake fluid changed on my car and I said not that I know off. He put on the service paper that I decline the repair on the brakes. I was expecting that during oil change, they will do multi inspection and from there if there are added repairs that needs to be done, they will notify the owner. He suggested repair on the brakes without starting any work on the car yet. How did he knows that I need repair on the brakes right away? Normally if I go for service they write on the paper what added works are needed. I didn’t decline repair. I just don’t know if I needed service for my brakes after the oil change.

The service on 02/06/21 was my first encounter with Ms. Olivia Pratt. Ms. Pratt treated me with exceptional attentiveness and assistance. She asked me very logical and pertinent questions regarding my automobile and the reasons for my bringing-in the car for service, and she provided me with information and answers to all of my questions.
