Tony was not friendly, I always tried to avoid him but this time my favorite counselor Phil was off that day. Also he entered my tag number 3367 for my odometer reading. My car had 55k service. His client attitude was unprofessional. Another thing was that my paper showed tire pressure at 36, but the actual pressure on all 4 tires are at 39. I’m not sure if my car is safe to drive at 39. Finally when we checked out my car, the young black guy couldn’t find my key! My daughter and I waited a long time to get my car. Overall it was a bad experience!
