Now that there is new ownership for Claremont Toyota, you can see the difference in the friendliness of the service staff. They are more upbeat and positive. Keep up the good work!

When my car was finished being serviced. It took almost an hour for them to bring me my car. They couldn’t find it for 30 min. I wasted an hour of my time. They didn’t wash my car like they said they would and so the service member ran it thru the car wash and it took an additional 10-15 min.

Your service agent was not a people perso Even i paid 1100 and only 50 discount at least he feel pity You guys still charged for diagnostic fee even i agree for u guys to fix my car.

I've only had my car serviced with Toyota and was told that something was missing. Also, was asked if I wanted a carwash, which I agreed to, but didn't get it done. I've never had any issues at any other dealers when getting serviced.
