Takes to long to do an oil change. Saw my vehicle just sitting in the garage. The oil change was already done. I didn’t even get my car washed. Would have known they were going to take so long I would have brought my breakfast and my sugar would have not gotten so low.

Absolutely worst service I have ever had. Also instead of loading it onto a flatbed you sent a driver to pick up my truck and didn’t even put fuel into my truck. Usually if you drive someone’s vehicle it gets returned better or equal in this case I did not! Also countless calls to find out what’s happening with my truck. Completely disappointed!!!!!!!!!

Horrible wait time of over 2 hrs. for routine maintenance even though I had an appointment. I saw my vehicle PARKED in the service lot for over an hour. This is the 2nd time a routine maintenance appt. has taken over 2 hrs. for me. Why does it take this long when this type of service should take mo more than 30 min.? Please let me know how you plan to remedy this problem.

Working with Juanita was fine. The dealership should have an accessible vehicle so I wouldn't have to wait, nondisabled individuals have choices that I don't. Shame on the dealership as my van is a Toyota.
