Oscar is very professional and pays attention to my questions. He delivers excellent customer service with a smile. He asks if I have any concerns and goes the extra mile for me which I appreciate so much. Claremont Toyota need more service representative like him and Scott Z. I have dealt with other representatives but these 2 are the best.
