My appointment was at 2:15.I had to call find out the status of the car. Both times I called was put on hold for about 15min and was told they had to talk to the person that checked me in. She said she would call me back didn't happen. There was lack of communication. Not happy and was late for my 2nd job. ????
Jeremy was very professional but who ever drove my car for inspection ended up scratching my air conditioning face plate. I told Jeremy about it but was told there was nothing he could do.

I had a recall repair done on my 2003 Corolla, when I arrived to pick up my car, I was asked to sign a electronic device and given my invoice, then my car was brought to me. Upon looking at the invoice, I noticed that it had several things of concern that needed repair. And under this list it reads “ customer declined repair” . No one spoke to me about this, so how could I decline it? I decided to call and talk to Luis Macias but was told he was with a customer and could he call me back? I said yes. This was at 12:45 02/24/21, it is now 7:50 pm and have yet to hear from him, therefore I am not please with the service I received. Thank You Patricia P

As far as the vehicle is concerned everything was fine and I was impressed that I got my car washed as well, the only concern I have is that I was approached by an associate to as what I was there for and he wasn’t wearing his mask and was a foot away from me.. I asked him please can you put ur mask on and he agreed, my concern is more for other customers especially the elder customers, as I waited I witnessed sales associates approach older women about updating their vehicles and were not concerned about the distance between them. I understand that people are over this pandemic as am I but I lost my grandmother recently and it’s sad to see this thing not be taken seriously, everything was to my satisfaction I just am expressing concerns. Thank you for your time
