I would truely like to Thank Toyota's Claremont Service Manager Mr. Mike Marquez at Claremont Toyota! He reinstated my Confidence in Trusting Claremont Toyota's ability to maintain Good Customer Service by immdiatly returning my call after an incident that occurred on my last vist 2/24/2021 I scheduled my 2009 SE Camry for it's Oil Change, after it was completed I left with My Engine Light on & later that evening a front Passenger Airbag light that said Airbag off. When I had intially advised my Service advisor T. Sanchez when I started to drive away from the site after my Oil Change was Completed I noticed the Engine light was on, within 4 minutes I returned to Claremont Toyota to speak with Mr. T. Sanchez regarding the Engine light he advised me the Engine light had nothing to do with the Oil Change & I would have to make another appoinment & there would be a charge of $148 +, I underderstand your Service Agents are extremely busy, but to go in with no Engine light on & be dismissed in that manner was very upsetting, but I responded OK, T.Sanchez throughout my dealings with him & other Team service members at Claremont have been impeccable, unfortunately, on this day Feb. 24th, 2021 I felt dismissed & diregarded, my Safety & those of my Famiy are my priorty, later that evening I discovered that the paasenger Airbag light was on & only went off when I turned off my Car. The following morning I tried calling T. Sanchez his voicemail indicated he was off on that day, so I reached out to Claremont Toyota I ask for the Service Manager and was transferred to a voice mail for Mr. Mike Marquez I left a message for Mike Marquez, he immediately returned my call, I explained the situation regarding my concerns he ask me to bring my vehicle back in, I did that same day & left it there, Mr. Marquez had his employee's complete a diagnostic check & later that evening Mr. Marquez explained the minor problems that can be repaired, for some unknown reason the Airbag Off light disappeared, I have already purchased the Air Filter needed, The Charcoal Canister needs to be replaced & Steering column has a very small leak which I will make sure gets repaired, the Platinum Spark Plugs will also be replaced, after picking up my vehicle I currently have not seen my Engine light on & the Airbag Off light is off, Please, give Mr. Marquez the Recognition that is due him, My husband & I have bought 2 Trucks & 3 Cars from the Previous Owner of Claremont & it was Mr. Marquez who was able to Demonstrate the abilty to understand my concerns, I Appreciate the common Courtesy & Respect and Manner that I recieved by Mr. Marquez, he resolved my concerns. Once again I'm pleased enough that I have already spoke with salesman Diego,thinking of purchasing the 2021 SE Avalon., To Mr. Mike Marquez I am forever Grateful,SINCERELY, Mrs. Juanita M
