When I schedule my appointment I was told max 2hrs not 3 to 4. I didnt have a ride to get home and had to hang out. Could of been doing other productive stuff.
Then I told Bert 3x do not wash my car. The first thing I see my car wet. I had an important event that evening. Was not happy. Now I have to drop it off to get it detailed... I have a life.

Claremont Toyota keeps my business because of that man. I feel taken care of,great customer service,always driving away feeling that my car is complete and safe. I have been going to Toyota for my avalon and before that my Yaris,Scott has become family to me.
She made sure I didn’t leave with out the issue being solved that my car was having. During the whole process she kept me informed with what was going on. I highly recommend her as a service advisor.

I will NEVER take my car there again! Rude and Disrespectful service person along with your so called Tech guy. Guaranteed if my husband would of went with me they would NEVER have talk to him like the way they talked or treated me. So disappointing to feel that as a women I would get treated this way and talked down to. “It doesn’t matter what I tell you anyways you’re going to do what you want!” That’s what you’re service person Javier said to me! And yes I did talk to the manager
