When I received a letter from Toyota company for my Tundra sr5 2006 recall air bag. I drove in Toyota Claremont for first time. Scott assisted me on the first Saturday, He check the parts if it’s available in stock, unfortunately there were no parts ready. Scott rescheduled me for the next Saturday to fix the airbag. He had to order the parts. So I came back on another Saturday to Scott , he was immediately help me to get my airbag fix. Scott is very helpful to the customers.

Luis was very professional and courteous and made my experience at your service department very welcoming I would suggest him for any future services not only for me but for any of my kids. We own nothing but Toyotas.

We had a new alternator put in a new belt we got the vehicle back a day and a half later we start the vehicle up it makes a squeak sound which I’ve never had before tried to contact the dealership no response back

worse experience with Antonio. left my car all day for service, and assured me my concerns would be looked into. when he calls me, he tells me to reference a page in my cars owner manual instead of answering my questions. they also did not look into my other concerns, and just pinned the issue on something irrelevant. worse dealership ever. will be leaving an honest review on yelp

I went to get my 10k mileage maintenance but apart from that, I also went in and asked Antonio Sanchez to have some areas of my 2020 CH-R's chipped paint checked out because my car only has 11k miles on it and the paint should NOT be peeling off like it is and after several hours of waiting for my car to be ready for pickup, Antonio told me that they determined that the paint peeling off was NOT due to manufacturer it was done by me. This really upset me because my car is not even a year old and it has 11k miles with no damage, dents or scratches and to be told I purposely peeled of and scratched off my car's paint is insane!!! I will NEVER recommend anyone that I know to buy a car from ANY Toyota dealership!! This just did it for me!! I can't wait for the warranty to expire so I can get my oil changes done outside of Toyota! I'm very disappointed and will NEVER buy another Toyota again!!

Very disappointed with the service. Take me 3 hours to wait for the car. When I ask my service advisor, he seem like really mad . He said that is how long for an oil change. I know the new owner taking over Claremont Toyota. I used to come in with an appointment and be out in an hour .

My car had been there since November and I was never called to be given an update. Instead they just communicated with my fiancé because he worked there. The car is not his so this bothered me. I personally got an update 2 months later when I called to ask about my car. My car was finally ready as of March 2nd. I asked if I could pick it up on the weekend. When my fiancé went to pick it up the guys took a while to bring it to him and turns out the battery was dead so they had to jump my car. My fiancé drove off with my car but didn’t feel comfortable getting on the freeway so he decided to head back to the dealership. Once he was near by my car died again. They then made my fiancé wait there for 3 hours so they could test the battery and then replace it. This was by far the worst experience I have ever had. The rental car that I was given was taken care of by me but my car? It was clearly never started which is why my battery obviously died. I honestly would have appreciated at least a car wash for all of the inconvenience. My car sat there for two months and was never looked at until the part got there. No one ever personally called ME(the registered owner of the car) to give me updates My car has such hard water stains that the paint might be damaged at this point. I understand that I left my car there but I expected for it to be taken care of, to get updates from my advisor, and for it to be completely fine when it was picked up after being there for nearly 3 months. I will never bring my car back to this location again.
