The diagnostic amount is very high even though my car is under warranty and I pay the Toyota company monthly for this guarantee.

No problem with repairs -at all. But pick up made me want to never come back. Your cashiers were rude. I waited nearly 30 minutes after paying my bill and finally caught the attention of A young man who was very pleasant and went and got my car. I have no idea why I encountered all of this but it was a first for me with your dealership and I am a long time customer. Not sure I’ll be back.

Scott is the reason I go to your facility. I moved to Pasadena and I continue to go to Scott for my cars maintenance. With new ownership I feared you would not keep Scott but than again that would be idiotic on your part. He keeps me informed about my car and any discounts you might be offering. I trust what he says and where he goes I go. I hope you appreciate his dedication to his customers and position as your service consultant.

I was told I would get a call back and I have not gotten a call back my truck is still in the shop I asked for a ride to go pick up my truck and I have not gotten The ride I’m going to try one more time to pick up my truck asking them to give me a ride to go pick up my truck or have it delivered
