Olive was very nice and helpful as always, she is always the advisor I ask for because she is knowledgeable and great at her job. I used to go all the way to El Monte but I feel more comfortable at Claremont Toyota due to the great customer service Olive provides me every time I go.

I came in for an appointment on March 8,2021 at 12:30 for a recall service on my car. To my understanding, I was supposed to get my car back that same day within a couple hours. At 4 I get a call that my car has to stay overnight. I am a full time student, with a full time job as well. The person I was speaking to offered no other option, even when I explained to her that had work early in the morning, the next day. She frankly didn’t know what to say to me. I was upset truthfully because I did not expect her to offer me a car or anything of the sort, but she was not understanding or apologetic about the fact that it was such an inconvenience for me to not have my car. If it was something truthfully wrong with my car, I would understand, but the fact that it was a recall, that your bad, that’s on Toyota. I would’ve made prior arrangements days, even a week but not hours before, if I knew that I wasn’t going to have my car the next day. It was such short notice and I definitely think that could’ve been better handled. Thank you.

Olivia Pratt was very kind and helpful. The men checking cars out from the service department were not. I was ignored, then nobody told me my car would be waiting outside in the back ( i was waiting in the front) for a long time until I had to ask someone. The. My car was outside with the door wide open and my keys showing.
