I am not happy because they did not change the oil at the last maintenance check. Our contract said they would change the oil every 5000 miles. That was the reason we went to get a maintenance check. Please let me know when I can take the car to get an oil change soon.
Candace kept me updated of the status of my vehicle maintenance and she was able to find the part that my vehicle needed replaced and arranged for same day replacement of that part so she saved me a trip. Im thankful to Candace!

Candace has always been professional yet personable, abs has always thoroughly answered any questions I may have.
Concealing the scope of Toyota's free warranty and attempting to make customers pay high maintenance costs is a serious dishonest behavior lacking ethics. More people should understand this experience.

I was told that it would be 2 to 3 hours ready and I leave and it was way before hand that I had to hop off the freeway home after sitting traffic to get my car . They were rude to my fiancé and being pretentious towards him.
