I arrived at 9 with 9:15am appointment and my car was serviced at 11:20am and finally I could pick it up at 11:30am. It was just a regular 5000 miles service and generally not taking 30 minutes can get it done. It usually takes me one hour waiting time in other Toyota dealership with an appointment. I didn’t expect it would take me two hours and I don’t know what’s the point to have an appointment (My car was sitting aside and I saw someone pulled my car into service area till10:50am)

Getting back one of our vehicles seemed to be very unorganized and took a long time. But then I was lucky enough to see Tony who helped me out and retrieved my vehicle for me.

Overall I was satisfied. I didn’t appreciate that I had a 7:15am appointment and I wasn’t seen by Antonio till 7:45am. Also I was told that it would take around 4 hours to complete the work and wasn’t called back almost 7 hours later. The delays in being seen and when my vehicle was ready for pick caused me to scramble around to find rides to get picked up and to get back to the dealership. Ride sharing companies aren’t easily available as before Covid started so I would appreciate if I could be seen in a timely manner when I arrive and deliver my vehicle on time as told in person.
Not honest, ambiguous service charges,
Jeremy was very attentive and made the whole maintenance experience easier to understand by breaking it down into different items.
Oscar was professional and very attentive to the need of my car.
Everything was fine up until the time to get my vehicle back. Truck was 2nd in line to get washed and I was waiting quite awhile. Saw truck come out of wash and driver then drove away and returned directly in front of me at pickup spot, drove across street and parked vehicle. Witnessed whole thing and he walked back to dealership. I went inside and reported to cashier and she had truck brought over. Total of 25 minutes after I had signed for truck.
A very good customer Service
Basically spent $140 for diagnostics and waited for 4 hours only to have the radio reboot twice within five minutes after picking it up.
Jeremy is always so helpful and considerate. I feel comfortable that I can trust his guidance and advice. I am a loyal customer to Claremont Toyota because of Jeremy. Thank you.
This is not about Mr. Gonzalez’ service. I suppose he only did what he was told to do - **** me and give me non-answers when your company greedily overbook more customers you can realistically service.
No one can convince me that there is a good reason why the service I received today should have taken 5 hours!!! Why can’t you book only as many people as you can serve!! Then bring the next batch later and serve them within a reasonable amount of time?
Especially at a time when you do not offer a shuttle service (and I understand why why you don’t) and people are stuck in this space wasting hours of their precious little free time, risking exposure to others also pacing like beast in a cage.
Wasting my time was extremely annoying and regretful, but what’s completely inexcusable is forcing me to keep moving around like crazy to avoid being too close to the numerous other customers also waiting for hours.
Shame on you!
