After my vehicle was serviced it took almost 20 before it was brought out to me. I will not return to this dealership. I'll find another mechanic.
I didn’t like the fact that I had to Wait 3 hours to be told what my vehicle needed maintenance on. I initially took it in for just a Basic Oil Change and I was expecting to be told if it required additional maintenance within the hour as past visits. I had scheduled an appointment at 8:15am and was informed I needed additional service after 11am. I would have been more than happy to completed those services if I was initially told. So I pretty much stood by for 3 hours for a basic oil change as an appointment.
