Wait was too long causing my wife physical pain and fatigue. She is disabled as am I. It was difficult for her.
I was given an appointment for9:45 am 3/16/21 Tuesday morning. When I arrived at the facility my name was not on the appointment list. My vehicle went in for service at 9.55 am and was told I would have to wait for 45-60 minutes for a regular oil change. At 11:30am I inquired from my service advisor if there's a delay. He I formed me it will be 20minutes for the vehicle to be ready. At 12:30 over 2:30 hours after I had to speak to the Service Manager Mike and only then was my vehicle attended to. Service manager apologized but did nothing to remedy the situation. Completely unsatisfactory service. Didn't stick to a time frame and didn't take the time to let the customer know if there was a delay.
I was very happy with his service . He was very respectful & nice ..
