Xavier is the worst. One of the poorest customer service I have ever seen. We had to complain to the service manager. Very unhappy with our interaction with Xavier. You should seriously consider re-training him or moving him out of a customer contact area.

Took 3+ hours for 30k mile service
Out of cold drinks and when I told a porter he said none in the back, someone would need to shop at Costco to purchase new ones.
The snack vending machine wouldn’t take any dollar, so Juanita went across the way and brought me a package from the old side. Thank you Juanita.
