My service advisor needs improvement in customer service etiquette. He needs to have a more friendly tone of his voice. He should not reprimand a customer who came early before her scheduled appointment. There could have been a significant reason why the customer came early.

Jeremy in service is a stellar example of customer service centric. The lob by conversion to cubicles for us with laptops continuing our work while we wait is such an awesome addition I've already told five family members about it and they want to have their oil changes done there even it though they don't own a Toyota... The new ownership and changes that have been executed are a breath of fresh air starting from the reception desk answering the phone all the way to the service area and the personnel walking around. This business is a model for how to adjust to the uncircumstances of what our society is going through right now thank you!
