Oscar was very polite he explained and broke down everything routine maintenance was for my vehicle. The estimated time he gave me that my vehicle would be ready was close to what he said it would be. Oscar was able to address the issues I had with my brakes. He called me to let me know that their were two filters that needed to be replaced , but that I had the option of having them replaced at a different time. I was very happy with how easy it was to get my car in for service and the time it took to have it done. Thank you for your professional service.

I had to go back as one of the plastic cap on right side of the headlight was unattached. Also when I get a service normally the car gets washed but this time around it was not.

The diagnosis did not find the problem. The next day after service I experienced the same issue. Accelerator is not responsive briefly.

Scott was fine. He talked very fast and seemed to be in a rush to get off the phone. Appreciate that you guys caught a potentially bad leak (never noticed), however I got my car back and there was a leak (one that was actually leaking all over my driveway). Never got a call back. The car is back in the shop four days after picking it up for something that should have been fixed.
