My 2019 Avalon vehicle has always somewhat noticeably shifted between gears. My 2014 Avalon shifts very smoothly, and many times I have mentioned to my wife how much I prefer the 2014’s shifting. I have no idea why, since I never mentioned the somewhat rough shifting to Candace, I immediately noticed the smooth shifting after I got the car back from servicing. It now shifts as smoothly as our 2014 Avalon. Great job! I appreciate your going the extra mile.
