I was told my car would be ready by Tuesday, but when the day came I called several times and no one got back to me. I had to call all day periodically and left messages for service but it took me a day to get a call back. I dropped off my car on Saturday.

I tried to call four times to say I was running late and no one answered the phone then someone name Javier came out to help me and he was very rude he told me that he stayed over he could’ve went home at 5:30 but he stayed over to help me which was not the truth because when I left at 6:50 he was still there helping other people I found him to be rude condescending and extremely unprofessional I am I will not deal with him the young lady that did help me really saved the day for me I found her to be extremely kind and I am she understood my frustration with calling and no one would help me or answer the phone also a girlAlso a girl name all live or Olivia came and told me I was too late and I couldn’t receive service she didn’t even know my situation that I had called several times and I am the phone just rang off the hook so I was very very happy with Claremont Toyota when I bought the car but the service I am not happy with at all therefore I don’t know that I will continue to refer people to you because your service department leaves a lot to be desired and Javier is a very poor excuse for an employee that is supposed to service customers
Waited 4 hrs for inspection of car.
Another 15 mins because no one told me where or who to meet for paperwork.
I waited over 30 minutes in a cold weather after the car was done (after I signed all the paperwork). Not happy at all. Might not come back for any more services.
