I am always happy with customer service at Claremont Toyota. My service advisor, Scott Zalibra, is always very attentive and keeps me updated on my vehicle. I am never disappointed. Thank you Scott and Oscar Vergara for being so awesome always and friendly. As long as to two are there I will be a loyal customer.

First of all they have my account under “terry” and its Kerry BTW.. Nightmare on elm street for sure! Literally the only person Who was truly able to do anything right, was the women who Refunded my card back 140 dollars that shouldn’t of been charged in the first place! Please tell mike from Claremont Toyota service department to give me a call when my hub cap arrives thank you.

My only dissatisfaction was that I had requested a wash when I filled out the form online so I didn’t think I had to remind anyone that I had requested a car wash. However, once I picked up car it was not washed. Other than that, everything was smooth and good.
