They did not use one of my maintenance services. They basically skipped over my 30,000 mileage and did not inform me of this which I purchased the extended warranty for car maintenance which i found out when i went to pick up my car and read the paperwork.. i am going to put this comment on yelp but have not had time. The poor customer service during covid was ridiculous not only did i not be informed that the cashier waiting room was in a new location but my keys were at the cashiers station and no one informed me of this so i was waiting outside my car for about 15 min when the entire time the two cashiers couldve noticed i was waiting for my keys.. the lack of professionalism at this Toyota dealer is a management issue and seems to be needing to be visited by some hirer corporate employees to see for themselves. Very unpleased after 3 camry purchased over 10 year period. Next car i will go somewhere else.

Olivia was rude and disrespectful not only to me but my daughter. She said my 2006 Toyota Tundra truck was too old and would no longer be serviced if u came to this dealership. I spoke with Janeth who was a sweetheart and is trying to make things right.
Zeus was cool getting build in my alarm checking on my truck candec was cool also all I can say I don't know if they check the alarm they were check out the remote s I don't think they did they were to check out alarm to be that only problem I saw everything thing else was great any questions call at ****-****-xxxx

Candace provided excellent service and kept me updated. Unfortunately, she was out for part of the time my vehicle was in for repairs and even though I called and left several messages and was informed that another service agent would reach out to me, I didn't receive any updates until Candace returned, which was very disappointing. I was left for 5 days not knowing the status of my vehicle. Andrea S
