I called back twice because I was having issues with my starting my car it wasn’t turning over and I never got a call back! I didn’t have this issue before I brought my car in and after getting my service done and doing all the recommendation! My car is having issues I almost got stranded because my car wouldn’t start! The agent never called back! I bought all my 3 cars from here and do all my services here! And this is pathetic customer service not even getting a call back!!

The only reason that I said that I wasn’t completely satisfied with Javier is because he hasn’t returned my messages that I left on his voicemail, one on Monday the 19th and the second one on Tuesday the 20th. I inquired on the millimeters on my front and rear brakes, since the paperwork that I received didn’t indicate the results. On October of 2020 when my truck was serviced, the paperwork that I received then did point out the millimeters remaining on the brakes. I waited a couple of day for Javier to respond but he hasn’t. Maybe he has been off the past couple of days? Thanks.
