I made an appointment for the Toyota recall at 8:45am on April 23 until the completion of the procedure at 5pm. I was at home and waited for your lyft service for 3 hours. I called your store and was told that the service was closed. I was surprised that no one told me. 24 9:58 Am continue to call and ask Lyft service to call the store while waiting for two hours. I said that Oscar will call me back within 20 minutes. Until now I haven't received his call. It took 2 days and 2 days. I can’t get my car back even after the weekend. I will continue to complain to you.
My issue wasn’t resolved. My options were disappointing. I was asked to leave my car over the weekend & all day Monday. This would me without a car for three days. My work schedule won’t allow for that. It’s Really difficult situation.
