I was satisfied. Oil change and inspection and recommendations seem to be reasonable. I just need to know exactly what the issue is with my alignment since I have had the wheels aligned at the tire store twice within 2 weeks. I'd like to hear that Claremont Toyotas method and the equipment is a lot better than the tire store, the reason why it's more expensive. The misalignment doesn't seem to go away. And I'm hoping that Claremont Toyota will be able to fix that 6 year issue i have since I bought the vehicle from AutoNation Buena Park. Not going there anymore. Thank you.

Phillip Tarin did a great job of transitioning me through the process of getting my 2018 Camry's open recall repair, all the way through obtaining a rental car at no charge. He even assisted me with transferring some personal property from my car to the rental office. He also kept me informed of the progress by text messages until it was ready to be picked up. This also includes all of the other staff that I dealt with on that day. Excellent customer service! Thanks Phillip and Toyota of Claremont! You've got my business.
