Hello, everything was ok except for the employees who were greatly unorganized and miscommunicated a lot. They told me my car was ready but I when I arrived the person who was helping me went on lunch so we waited but he never came back so somebody else helped me and they took me to the cashier and then the cashier said she couldn’t find my papers and she said she was gonna go look but she didn’t until later, then she finally found them and told us to go outside and they were gonna bring my car up in a minute, well it took 40 more minutes until I reminded a worker about my car and they finally brought it back!!! They wasted 4 hours of us waiting for nothing! I appreciate the service and the mechanics but if something is not ready just let me know so I can come back and not have me wait an extra 2 hours for nothing.

My person Olivia was not able to check my vehicle in for the 7:30 for service appointment as she was late to work. Another service person had to do the check in of my car. Also I was not told of no shuttle ahead of time when I made the appointment last week. It was only when I told the substitute service person that I had no ride and could not wait the 7 plus hours at your dealer for my car did he arrange a Lyft ride home and back. I was thankful for this as I needed to do the 15k check up and the recall on the car. Other than a rocky start, everything went well and the nice gentleman who returned my key even set up my new phone to the car.
Prompt , helpful, great communication and customer service.
Ozzie was great. He was honest and clear with us! Will definitely go back to him for any future service.
Oscar was great with me I’m deaf with cochlear implants and he was more than happy to make sure I understood what he was saying I really appreciate his thoughtfulness

I had an appointment at 10:45am and told the representative I would be waiting at Claremont Toyota in the customer waiting area. After nearly two and a half hours, I texted the representative to let her know how long I've been waiting for a simple oil change. Ten minutes later, I received a response that my vehicle was ready, although it took another ten minutes to bring it out. When I received my vehicle, it was very hot inside, which told me it had been sitting in the parking area in the hot sun and they did not start on it until I sent the text. Very disappointed. Horrible service.

I had an appointment & it took 5 hrs to do 5,000 mile maintenance & a new tire. Need more mechanics. Ozzy was great.
