the service advisor was rude, she was upset to me just because I cane earlier than my appoinment time, she made me could not say anything, I was just silent. I never had this experince since may 2004

I've been trying to call Scott for the fast 5 days with no success. I just want to ask about the charges on the service. It seems to be high, I ask other Toyota dealers, it's only $169 for the service done.

I loved and appreciated the value of customer service Juanita provides. She takes her job very seriously and she gives every guest the best experience and top priority service that she can. I really appreciated how she handled every guest that came and approached her desk. She handles herself with real professionalism and grace. I will definitely always come to her, she’s so great at what she does.
Olivia was super nice. I loved that im receiving free services for a year. The only thing I Tought i was going to receive a car wash but I didnt but thats okay. Everything else was good

Took over 3 hours to get my tire patched when it was said it wouldn’t take more than hour to an hour and a half. Also, paid $35 but was told it would be covered over the phone. If that were the case, I could have went anywhere and would have paid about $10 and would have gotten my car in no more than 30 minutes.
Coupon used is very deceptive. Nowhere does coupon say 6 cylinder car is a different price. Also, if coupon says include complimentary car wash, why you telling us car washes only available on Tuesdays. Where does it say that on coupon??? Come on, seriously!?
