Ozzy was nice and very helpful. The following day i arrived just to pick up my vehicle and they took 1 hour to deliver it. They also don't have any drivers to take you home in case you need a ride after you drop off your car for service. I might be switching dealers fir service.
She was excellent, every service representative should be modeled after her. I would like to make a request that she assist me for every visit I have of possible.
Candace was a pleasure. But i did not get service i expected. Car was not washed and fluids (windshield wiper) was not topped.
Jeremy is my go to service advisor every time I need my car serviced. He had always taken care of my concerns and explained in plain language the need to do a given service to prolong the car’s life and maintain its performance.

While everyone tried to make the best out of the situation and tried their best to make things right, my truck was returned to me the first time in unacceptable condition. On the second try, there was minor scratch damage to several in cab components. The service manager said he'll see about replacing one of them. I also spent time and money having the truck washed and hand polished to remove hard water stains and after washing the truck at the dealership, it was returned to me with hard water spots. I know nothing is perfect but needless to say I'm still disappointed. Zupe and Mike are great guys, the issue stems from your sublet Caliber Collision. They simple treated my truck like they really didn't care.
