Had an appointment at 12:45pm and didn't get checked in until 1:05pm and didn't leave until 1:16pm

Ms. Harrington was fine. She completed her duties efficiently and without error. My issue lies with the policies in place because I asked about a previous thing that happened to my vehicle where I still feel like I was slighted.
I bought my Matrix from this same dealership and over the years, coming in for service, I've felt like Claremont Toyota has shown to care less and less about their customers. I've been paying attention to this more so because I need to replace my Matrix and will most likely not shop with Claremont Toyota again.
I'm still open to correcting what has me upset with my Matrix but again, Ms. Harrington was fine. My issue is with the dealership as a whole.
My appointment was for 10 am Saturday. I did not have a ride home on Saturday. So I took car in on Friday after work. I was greater by a service writer, who when I told him I had an appointment for tomorrow hes reply was so your going to make me work today? Very rudly, I explained I didn't have a ride for Saturday. Then Saturday when I picked up my car no mat, plastic on the seat or steering wheel. Not happy at all with my service.
They txt me they said that my car was ready for pick up i got there it took them a hour to find it
