The actual service was great. It was performed in a timely manner. However, once my vehicle was ready it took close to an hour to have it brought out. There may have been a misunderstanding in my vehicle already been checked out, but I didn’t know.
Additionally the waiting area did not have air conditioning as the thermostat read over 86 degrees.

Service was excellent, as in past experiences. But when picking vehicle, service department could not locate my car vehicle. Took a while but finally located.

The only problem I had was waiting for my car after paying. I waited a half hour. Finally someone else came out to wait and her car came quickly. I went in to question and finally got my car.

Javier was great! He was polite and friendly and answered all my questions. He called promptly to let me know what the car needed, and again when the car was done. I would happily work with him again.
We thought we were going to have to replace all the spark plugs because they were very old, but then we didn’t have to because the technician determined that they were still good, even after 16 years and 93,000 miles. Your technicians are top notch mechanics and honest too.
So we are also very happy with our old RAV. But it’s thanks to excellent regular service by the Claremont Toyota team over the years that has kept the RAV in excellent shape. Thanks for running a great business and dealership here in Claremont!

Oscar was Very professional. Called me as soon as it was finished. The service drop off was very busy and did have to wait a bit in my car but the staff was very friendly and nice. Always have good service here
