Juanita was great but I didn't get the complimentary Car Wash I was supposed to receive . The work order even has a section where the Car Wash is mentioned .
Jeremy Wright got my car in right away and made sure I had it back very icky. He’s great. I won’t go anywhere else because of the level of his professionalism and the confidence I feel when having my car handled.

I have been having my car maintenance and service here at this dealer for years because of your professional service. However, I was so disappointed with the service I got from Olivia last time. She refused to check on my car remote key and told me to bring my car back another day just because I didn’t mention it in my appointment. I wonder what the point of car maintenance and service when my most concern was not cared about.

I really appreciate the professionalism and the customer service I was given. I brought my vehicle in for an oil change. Oscar exceeded my expectations and really helped me out with my concerns. I had a recall on my vehicle and Oscar was able to change my oil and take car of my recall issue on the same day.

Im not happy with having to spend my time and gas to have a recall done. Only paying for a 10 mile Lift was disappointing to say the least.
I can't respond on repair as it has only been 2 days. We'll see. I hope the repair was done well and that it will last for years to come.
I was told service would take about 4 hours. I called at about the 4.5 hour mark to get an update and the phone kept ringing and eventually I got hung up on. Would’ve been nice to get an update call just to keep me informed of the status especially because I had my infant son with me waiting. Also, my car was dirty in the backseat where they did work. They should’ve put plastic down in the back if they were going to be in my car. Also Oscar gave me the wrong summary at the end-it belonged to someone else and when I pointed it out to him he didn’t even say sorry. I wouldn’t work with him again in the future. Terrible experience.
Osvaldo was a great representative. Very friendly and explained everything in detail. Great personality too. I will definitely go back to him. He deserves 5 stars :)
