Phil was my appointed service person who was very rude with me. So I walked out of the office and was going to leave with out service. But than I was approached by Mr **** who was very professional and courteous and was taken care of! Hope this matter is addressed! Thanks Mr Romero

Juanita checked us in. She stated that Phillip will be taking over shortly thereafter. Juanita reports that it will take about an hour and a half. Instead, it took over three hours. Juanita, Philip, nor anyone else bothered to update me that it would take more than double the stated time. There was no courtesy call made whatsoever. Moreover, the cashier lady lacked good customer service skills as when I asked about whether or not my car was ready, she simply shrugged her shoulders and stated I don’t know. This was my first time here and was livid from such a horrible experience.

Jeremy has been very helpful with me and my two times visiting Claremont Toyota. He always keeps me posted on how my car is doing and what process it’s going through. Having Jeremy as a service representative makes my appreciation for Claremont of Toyota higher
